All our products are handcrafted with love by our artisans, to ensure our customers get the best style and utility.

We also ensure we provide pictures of the products across multiple angles and often with some common objects kept inside it to give you the best idea of the size and dimensions of the product

Post your purchase, each product undergoes a thorough Quality Check, before it is dispatched via our courier partners

All this is done to empower you to make the most educated decision before making your purchase. Once a product is unpacked, we cannot sell it again to another customer in many cases and hence we only support limited returns or cancellation requests.

However, if you still have any concerns or questions regarding the product you have received, kindly send images of the unused product from all sides to us at shopjaipurbasta@gmail.com within 2 days from the date of receiving the package. Our team will inspect the case and get back to you with the next steps. Please ensure the product is in good condition with intact packaging.

Important Note:

Requests may be rejected if the product is not in its original condition upon inspection by our team.

We do not accept any exchange and return requests for products purchased during a SALE.

The entire exchange or return process typically takes 10 to 15 working days; however, timelines may vary based on your shipping location.

Defect or Wrong Product Delivered:

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please email us at shopjaipurbastain with images of the item and order number within 2 days of receiving your package. Our team will review your case and get back to you with the next steps if it qualifies for a replacement.

• In case of any confusion, we request you to please connect with us and we would love to clear it for you. You are solely responsible for any decision made by you without prior communication or based on assumptions

• During pickup of any item(s) requested for return or exchange, it is customer's responsibility to handover only the requested item(s) as no quality check is performed at the time of pickup. JAIPURBASTA will not be responsible for any incorrect/wrong/other item(s) handed over in the pickup

• Please make sure to collect the physical pickup receipt at the time of pickup as it serves as the proof of pickup. We will not be responsible for any pickup done without it being updated on the tracking as “Picked Up” if the proof of pickup is not available.

• Cancellation Policy:

• To cancel an order, please email us at shopjaipurbasta@gmail.com before it is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.

• A 2% fee will apply for cancellations made prior to dispatch. The cancellation process may take 1-2 business days, and you will receive an email notification once your request is processed.

REFUND

We do not accept refund requests, we only offer exchange and credit notes under special circumstances, which can only be redeemed on Jaipur. Basta’s website.

1.What is the estimated delivery time?

Typically takes 4-10 working days to deliver the product after dispatch.

2. How do I take care of my Jaipur Basta product?

To keep your bags and accessories clean, wipe them with a soft dry cloth. When they are not in use, store them in a protective dust bag provided with the purchase in a clean, cool and dry place.

All our materials are carefully crafted and sourced for their unique qualities. Any incidental marks, tonal changes and/or textural variances are part of the material’s natural characteristic and should not be considered as imperfection.

3.There’s a missing item in my order, what should I do?

In Case Of Missing Items:

We prioritize ensuring your order reaches you in perfect condition. If however, an item is found missing from your package, we're here to assist you.To process your claim for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

1) Inform us about the missing item within 48 hours of receiving your package.

2)Share clear unboxing video showcasing the condition of the package upon arrival, including the opening process and contents received.

This video will help us investigate and resolve the issue swiftly. please note that claimssubmitted beyond the 48 hour timeframe or without an unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
